2. Service Description

Ginie.io is an AI-powered video generation platform that creates short-form videos from text prompts. We provide tools for script generation, voiceover, visual content, and video assembly.

3. Account & Credits

• You must create an account to use Ginie.io
• Video generation requires credits, which are included in your subscription plan
• Credits reset monthly with your subscription cycle
• Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing period
• Credits are deducted only after successful video generation

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Ginie.io to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, or misleading content
• Create deepfakes or impersonate real people without consent
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Distribute spam or malicious content
• Attempt to bypass credit limits or abuse the platform

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the prompts and scripts you provide. Generated videos are licensed to you for commercial and personal use. We retain the right to use anonymized usage data to improve our services.

6. Subscription & Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Polar.sh
• You can cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance

7. Limitation of Liability

Ginie.io is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time by contacting support.
