We want you to be happy with Ginie.io. If you're not satisfied with your subscription, we offer refunds under the following conditions:
Refund Eligibility
- Within 7 days of purchase: Full refund, no questions asked. Contact us and we'll process it immediately.
- After 7 days: Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We'll consider refunds if you experienced technical issues that prevented you from using the service.
- Annual plans: Pro-rated refund available within the first 30 days if the service doesn't meet your needs.
Non-Refundable
- Credits that have already been used for video generation
- Subscriptions older than 30 days (for annual plans) or 7 days (for monthly plans)
How to Request a Refund
Email us at [email protected] with your account email and reason for the refund. We typically process refunds within 3-5 business days.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are given for unused time within a billing period.
